Not to belabor the points already made, but permit me to offer a suggestion so that going forward, you can have a more positive experience here at Cigar Asylum, and perhaps in life also.
1) Don't just assume you've been a victim, do your homework, be patient, be circumspect. Had you taken a moment to check his site, you'd know why you haven't heard back. 2) Try a different approach. Your first post here is the equivalent of the proverbial bull in a china shop and says something about what we can expect from you in terms of interaction. 3) Would you want to have a customer like you? If you had it to do all over again, were it me, the below approach (or something like it) may yield a better outcome: "Howdy, folks. New member here, but I've been lurking for a long time. I might have a problem and was hoping to get some guidance from the membership. A while back I bought some beads from Heartfelt, and have been trying to resolve an issue related to being shipped the wrong item, but have not received a response from my attempts to contact them. Does anyone here have some experience with them or advice you can offer? Thanks in advance!" Just sayin'. Not looking to pile on, but thought a specific suggestion might be both helpful and instructive. |
