Ribs on da smoker
Only a few coals and small logs needed for a 4 hr smoke session
Rub down and membrane off ready to rock and roll After 4 hours on the smoker a little Rudy's sauce goes on and they get moved to the fire box to crisp up  Close up ;o)  Cut
