Ribs on da smoker

Re: Ribs on da smoker
looking good!!!
Not knocking your ribs, but it always confused me that people spend hours smoking ribs... all to cover the meat with sauce/bbr sauce. But then again, I like dry rubbed ribs. |
Re: Ribs on da smoker
no knock needed ;o) I like em dry as well but the wife not so much. You know what they say....gotta keep em happy. Afterall she is the one who brought them home today and told me to start up the smoker ;o) Keeper

Re: Ribs on da smoker
O yeh! Have to keep the other half happy! Tottally understandable.
They do look good though! |
Re: Ribs on da smoker
I don't like em THAT wet, but I also have been converted from all dry to at LEAST sticky. Personally I like the clean
nature of the dry rack, covered in salty, spicy, crusty yumminess. But slather on some SBR and let em carmelize for an hour and I am happier than ever. |
Re: Ribs on da smoker
