Finally!!

Me and my girl closed on our first house last night! what an experience! i hope to never have to go through all this stress again.. haha.. We got an excellant deal a foreclosure assesed at just under 300 and we paid 170 for it.. now the cleaning and work begins! didnt get to celebrate last night, so on the way over with me today while i start on the yard is:

2 6 packs of magic hat IPA
monte #2
PSD4
opus PL from 07
and last but not least an RC184

i hope everyone else has as good of a weekend as im having so far!
