Me and my girl closed on our first house last night! what an experience! i hope to never have to go through all this stress again.. haha.. We got an excellant deal a foreclosure assesed at just under 300 and we paid 170 for it.. now the cleaning and work begins! didnt get to celebrate last night, so on the way over with me today while i start on the yard is:

Congrats! What a relief, eh? I'd probably knock off four similar bad-boys in a morning to celebrate something like that, as well.

Congrats on the house. I remember during my negotiations on a house, wanting to punch my realtor in the mouth. Damn stressful times.

But now is the good part :D
