Did pretty well yesterday. I'm down to 242 this morning, but it's not an official weigh-in.
Todays meals: Breakfast - Eggo Waffle (plain) ( pts) Lunch - Garlic chicken w/ noodles (5pt?) Dinner - not sure yet, but I know it involves chicken.
