Default Re: Anyone else "frying" a turkey with the big easy?

We did Turkeys last year at work.
We did the oil kind and The Big Easy kind.

The Big Easy looks like its not cooking it when you peak at it. It almost looks like its not done.... I've done a few fried tturkeys, but the Big Easy wasn't my cup of tea. It was easy, just sort of nerve racking wondering if its fully cooked or not.

Taste? Hands down the oil fryer is better IMO. I'd rather spend money on peanut oil and propane than buy a Big Easy.
