Well after last night and watching him hobble off the field I'd say we are a bit closer to the end-o-Favre Fest.
Did anybody catch the fake SNL commercial this weekend with Brett Favre for Wrangler No Fly Jeans? It was hilarious. |

Vikings coach Brad Childress says that Favre has a fracture in his left ankle that may keep him out of next game. So who knows.

Makes sense why he fell over in the pocket. Wonder if it went out then or when they sacked him in the previous play. All I know is that he went down faster than my libido when I think of a man wearing nothing but Crocs while sending dick pics.

I don't think it matters at this point. We're officially a long shot to even make the playoffs. Between Favre's flashback when he started throwing to green jerseys, Childress blowing the chance to challenge the Pack's first TD, and the BS call reversing Shiancoe's TD, last night pretty much killed us.

As for the season...it might be done, but after the game next weekend, the schedule gets much more favorable. I think they should have fired Chilly a couple years back. He's NOT a good head coach. Why the hell do you take a knee at the end of the first half with 2 timeouts left? Why don't you have someone in the booth watching the replays and tell you to throw the flag on Quarless "td". I'm a terminal Vikings fan, and will continue to have my heart broken by them every year. I was disappointed by Chillys first season that we gave up our season tickets. The product he put on the field was not worth it. Fire him and bring in a PROVEN winner. |

OLBs...Greenway is an OLB, and it seems like Lieber has disappeared the last couple games, but has been a SOLID player. DBs = If they could keep them all healthy, they'd be fine, I think. As I've said all along, the only way the Favavervarvearvervarevravervve experiment is worth it is if they bring the hardware home...doesn't look like it was worth it at all. |

Favre was quoted to say he is commited to the team so I think theres that question.
As for if it was worth it? I think so, T-jack won't be any good (IMO) and at least it gave us some good entertainment.. Besides, they should have beat the packers, the refs blew that one.. The NFL has even appologized. |

OLB's I agree, they are not the problem. DB's again I agree, health is the issue. Cook looked terrible against the packers. His replacement, Walker, looked serviceable. Coaching= the problem with this team right now. Out coached terribly on Sunday night. Refs? What are you going to do. They blew it on the Shiancoe td/incompletion. Bottom line is we have been in every game, we haven't played our best, and with the division being like it is, we could still make a run. Losing Favre, could hurt, especially since we traded away our best backup QB.

Which, true and strange story, is also the same answer I once gave Jim McMahon when asked what I was wearing. Speaking of broken up QB's that Giants Defense has been eating em up lately like a Fat Kid at a pizza buffet. Tony Romo went down screaming for a new clavicle last night too. They took out my QB and my backup QB (Bears) a few weeks back too. GIANTS HUNGRRRRRYYYYYY.... |

Do they allow walkers in the NFL?
