Got some pork chops I forgot about that have been in a ziploc for about 3 - 4 days swimming in an Italian dressing marinate.
I know they are probably WAY over marinated, which I have never liked, any ideas how they might be saved from the marinate? dry rub? |

Personally, I'd cook them but use them as an accent. Pizza toppings, sliced on a bun, etc. the seasonings are good, but may be overpowering. Having the meat be more of an accent may help tone it down.

Cook 'em and feed them to the squirrels.

Squirrels should always be the main course.

wipe them clean and dry, and cook them slow and low till they are tender and fall apart with a pull of a fork that will help draw out some of the Marinate, and serve over rice!
