Same thing happened to my car once. I was in Northern MI, several miles north of Paradise, near Whitefish Bay.

Waiting two weeks for repairs after your wife hits a deer with your car (and shelling out a $200 deductible), then having same car fail inspection due to a rotted sub-frame.

There are lots of bad things that can happen. Most of the time things are not as bad as the seem initially -- thank God!

I hope that is the same for you -- only a dead battery!
