Gives you more flexibility during roasting. http://www.sweetmarias.com/store/roa...ade-panel.html Not sure if it's worth it for me to upgrade, but thought I'd pass this along and see if anyone else had any thoughts on it. __________________ My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
