I was in Albuquerque on business and decided to play hooky one day. ABQ is a nice place except for all the hippies, but the drive up to Farmington is incredible.

Beautiful area, curious, the "Prime Rib" is that smoked, were I grew up in FL there was a bbq joint that used top round for their smoked beef and I loved it, just depends on what you grow up eating, that or brisket, prime rib smoked would probably at least be interesting.
