I dont have any hands on experience I have seen them before used in pictures and also at a couple local cigar shops walk in humidors.

Just thought someone may need one and it looks like Tom got one and maybe Flyn so that's my only reason for posting.... was to maybe help out another brother.

Yup...I actually got mine for a room humidifer for the winter, and at a sweet price.

I have an older version of this (also sunbeam). They do great in the winter time to off-set the humidity loss resulting from my gas heater use. I'd think they would need some way to tie into a humidity monitor/cut-off switch for use in a humidor. But maybe something a a handyman could work up from off-the-shelve parts!

This one does not appear to be part of the "special", but it does have a built-in humistat that would make it very usable for a small room humidor! And a good water filter system for cleaner mist.

I don't know how this price stacks up against ones designed specifically for humidors, but seems like a very good price even without the discount!

They are good for living spaces, no doubt about that. Walk-in's, eh...
