I've got a pair of skull candy earbuds or whatever. Got them on sale for under 15 bucks and they are honestly pretty damn nice. They cancel out a lot of noise and get a nice bass range on them. Best part, they retail shade under 20. Give em a shot. They are earbuds though...There are also some sony over ear headphones I have used in the past for under 20 bucks that worked well.
