You got an apology! And were told that he would try harder in the future to communicate with the factory so that the quality will be better.

I personally, have not had a problem with Illusione cigars or their service!

I love their cigars and look forward to smoking an Ultra tomorrow!

If I have the same problem with the one I smoke, I'll report it on this thread!
