My girlfriend really likes jalapeņo poppers so I made a fatty stuffed with pre-grilled jalapenos, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Used a pound of Jimmy Dean sausage and wrapped it all in bacon. It....

Brewed an IPA Friday night with summit and cascade. Plan to dry hop with more cascade and maybe some simcoe in a couple weeks before kegging.

We use that feature a lot. It's nice you can see what's available at a specific machine if you're going to be in the area or search for a specific title and it'll show which which machines have it....

I've had mine for about 3 years and haven't had any hdmi problems. In my first cabinet it did overheat once and shut down, but since I moved it to a spot with more airflow around it, it's worked...

I just picked up the grains for something close to Rogue's Dead Guy Ale. I've got a bomber of Rogue Shakespeare Stout I'm going to try to harvest the yeast from to use.

Epic Brewing Spiral Jetty IPA.

I haven't tried much from Epic, but I thought the IPA was really good. Will have to see what else I can find.

Smoked a fatty on Saturday. Fresh, hot sausage stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, onion and cheese and wrapped in bacon. Made up about a dozen jalapeno poppers on the smoker, too.

I'm doing some planning to try and get a bunch of brewing done while the ambient temperatures are still cool. I just got four more kegs to fill (for a total of eight) and ordered a bunch of hops this...
