The Edge is a great car.
If it's large that you want and speed, the biggest one that I can think of is the Challenger. Bigg car, pretty fast in the 1/4 mile (not as fast as the Mustang or Camaro)....

Hard to give you exercises without seeing the actual injury. I would say if it's an acute injury (which is sounds like it is) ice would be better than heat.
