Stop Drinking so much...:r...one is a dogfish and one is a herring. One is for drinking, one is for chopping

But before either one thinks of trying it, look at this example and know that Iowa lost THIS challenge
for the same type issue.

The name Baitfish with a picture of a baitfish would be pretty hard to sue over if you ask me.
