Peanut Butter Crackhead Cookies

Ok I'm sharing this from a thread over on ar15.com, figured you guys would be interested.

Recipe:

1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Chunky Peanut Butter (Room temp)
1 Egg
*1 Chocolate Bar (Choose your favorite, She uses Ghirardelli caramel filled) *Optional

Mix the egg, peanut butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
Form into cookie lumps
Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each lump
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 350* oven

Rest for 5 minutes if you can resist.
