Default Hot wing sauce?

My favorite wing place went under. I like hot wings with gobs of sauce dripping off. Any good hot wing recipe's?

Chicken legs, wings or thighs are on sale at my local grocer for 99 cents a pound. Needless to say, I'm making something with chicken tonight. Looks like I'm making buffalo wings (or buffalo drumsticks). Thanks for the link

I do...Butter, Franks red hot sauce, lots of garlic (powder,canned or fresh) and paprika. Easy and tasty.

1 1/4 stick of butter
1/4 vinager
1/8 tsp. ceyenne
1 T brown suger
1 T Balsemic vinager

Thanks for the link and the help. I've made a lot of BBQ sauce's but never tried a hot wing sauce.

My friend Jamie Carroll showed me this one, stone simple and delicious.

Melt a stick of butter in a saucepan.
Empty one bottle of Texas Pete into saucepan,
heat to a sizzle, pour on fried wings, eat.


Granted, we were smoking a hell of a lot of dope back then, but that didn't mean this
was not freaking delicious.
