Founders Nemesis and Breakfast Stout
Founders Brewery has released this years Nemesis and Breakfast Stouts...I know in Georgia we are getting both, and that the Kentucky and Canadian Breakfast Stouts have not been bottled yet, they should be released later this month, possible next from what I've been told.
If you haven't tried these, they are amazing, the Nemesis is one of my favorite beers all time, I've never been disappointed...heres a link to Founders for the info...happy hunting. http://www.foundersbrewing.com/the-lineup/nemesis |

Sounds awesome but too bad I will probably never see this in the Boston area.

Re: Founders Nemesis and Breakfast Stout
FWIW, Nemesis changes every year. It is a "series" and not a specific type of beer. Last year's Nemesis was an Wheatwine. This year's is a Barleywine.

I believe that this release is just BS, not KBS.

Re: Founders Nemesis and Breakfast Stout
You are correct, looking at Founder's website the BS should be available from SEPT - DEC.

Re: Founders Nemesis and Breakfast Stout
I have some BS from Nov 09 and plan to compare it with this years beer. It will be a chance for me to see how it has aged. I don't have high hopes though, but we will see.

KBS should be out 1st quarter (March I think).
I have heard rumors that they might Bottle CBS for later this year. I'm looking forward to compare last years Backwoods bastard to this years.

Re: Founders Nemesis and Breakfast Stout
We have a **** ton of KBS still. Like, we have a case stack of it, and it's in about 5 other spots in our store. If anyone is interested, haha. I can't wait to try the 2010 Nemesis. Just got it in this week. I loved last years. I still have some 2009 KBS and Nemesis aging. I loooove KBS. Never had or seen CBS around here.

Re: Founders Nemesis and Breakfast Stout
I made the trip to Founders for the release of Nemesis and BS last Wednesday. And they were both worth the trip.
And yes KBS is released the weekend closest to the Ides of March. (17th) |

Re: Founders Nemesis and Breakfast Stout
Glad to see some great information here. I've got 2 4s of each, and will have 2 more 4pks of each next week. I'm going to stock up pretty heavy this year, I ran out after about 2 days last year, but was very limited on what I could get.
