Stinky ashtray ?
My question about the Stinky ashtray is - Are the stirrups big enough to keep a cigar from being blown off and on to the floor ? I like the deep dish aspect of the Stinky but the stirrups appear a little small . Are there any other ashtrays for cigars with a deep dish to them ?

Re: Stinky ashtray ?
I have 2 Stinkys... one is the table model and the other is mounted on a post, which sits next to my chair in the mini-mancave. The only problem that I've ever had is my dog bumping into the stand, or knocking a cigar off the stirrup with his tail, when he gets excited!
I you are thnking about buying, check the "Splits / Group Buys" section to see if the Stinky group buy is still active... the prices were great!

Re: Stinky ashtray ?
The stirrups are not as deep as the slots on some ceramic ashtrays. Will win blow if off the stirrup... honestly, if you the wind is strong enough to blow the cigar off the stinly stirrup you need to find a new place to smoke

Re: Stinky ashtray ?
I have been using my stinky for several months now. Only one time did a cigar ever fall off due to wind, and that was when I was smoking during a severe thunderstorm! You should not have problems...the stinky is great

I hear nothing but good things about them so I just ordered one 1 min ago. There is a group buy through here just look up the thread and ask for the info.

Re: Stinky ashtray ?
I've been using mine for many years now....when I lived on the beach and now that I'm not as close. All I can say is that's one of the best cigar accessories that I've paid for. Hands down. I think the only time my Stinky has dropped a cigar has been when I've bumped it. I'll buy another when it dies (but luckily I have 2 more to boot).

Re: Stinky ashtray ?
Got my Stinky today . Hard to beat that service . I was expecting it to be a bit smaller but heavier . This thing is huge and the wife approves too ! How do they hold up when left outside all year ?

Keep mine outside (screened in porch) year 'round. Still in pretty good shape after 2 years.

Re: Stinky ashtray ?
I have abused my Stinky (HEYO!!!) and it is still solid. I'm talking ashes, sticks, & beer bottles in a muddy soup from rain for weeks at a time... no rust & no leaks. Best ashtray ever!
