Default Taboo HSG

Lit up a Taboo HSG Robusto (5X54) the other night. What a great smoke.

The wrapper was well constructed. I did not have any wrapper problems at all. It was well packed and not spongy at all. The ash held on for about 1 1/2-2 inches. I did not have to re-light it at all either. This is a great mild-medium smoke (which I prefer).

It took about 50 minutes to smoke this beauty. I hit some spice right away and it mellowed out about a 1/2 inch into the event. It had a very nutty type flavor and I couldn't really pick much of any other flavors up. I got more spice about 1/2 way through the cigar and it remained down to the nub.

Overall, I would smoke this stick again. Glad I have another in my humi ready to go when I am.

Thanks Rob, for producing a great smoke!

This is one of my favorite smokes. Great construction and consistancy. I love the smoothness of this smoke.

thanks for the review. I find these have a unique nutty flavor that is quite different from most every other cigar.

Nice buck by the way.

HSGs are rapidly becoming one of my mid-range favorites. The "nuttiness" that others point out is a unique flavor I've not found in any other smoke.

Another of Rob's solid bargains!
