Default Any other MXers?

Is there anybody else on the forum that races/ used to race motocross? Last year I started racing on the 86' CR500 in my state's Vintage group (grand time and great people!) and plan on continuing that for the foreseeable future. Also somehow landed a sponsorship with O'Neal and Decal Works, which is completely awesome!!

Good stuff man!

Never ridden dirt, just cruisers. Riding a 2006 Yamaha V Star 1100 now and loving it. Dirt sems like a lot of fun though.

Dirt is definitely fun and arguably safer. In my first month of riding on the street (92' CB750 NightHawk) about 7 people tried to hit me. Friggin' ridiculous, man!

I love riding MX. Just started myself this fall. Learned on Yamaha 250f then bought a suzuki rm 125. Such a fun little bike. I never realized how much of a workout it was riding until I actually did it. More physically demanding than any other sport I've done, including hockey and lacrosse.

Just three? (Not including me. And RWhisenand hasn't checked in here yet) That's kinda surprising.

I'll be getting my dad into this next year as well. He'll be on a 86' CR250. He's afraid of the 500
