Default Great Experience with Opus X

I haven't had an Opus X in over a year. I had several about a year ago and while I thought they were pretty good I did not think that they stood very well against other cigars at similar prices. However, I took a trip to the Plaza in KC and picked up a fuente fuente for the evening and wow... What a great cigar!

Perfect construction, perfect draw, perfect burn, full spice flavor, dense smoke... just a plain wonderful experience. I will definitely pick up a few more Opus for the future.

Default Re: Great Experience with Opus X

I found the one that I had the other day (2yo) to be nice and smooth, but seemed very tame to me. I think I preffer them fresh...
