Default How do you do it?

I know it's all personal preference but when you put your sticks in your humidor do you leave it in the cellophane? I have just finished seasoning my humidor and am placing them in it's about 2/3rd full and it seems like the ends of the cellophane is just in the way. Is there any negative to taking the cellophane off when it's a mixed batch of cigars(none are infused)?

I just leave the sticks how they arrive from the factory. You can cut the ends off of the cellophane if you want.

Admiral, out of curiosity, when was the last time you purchased a NC cigar?

Try searching on "cello" in thread titles.

Sorry about that, Magic. Peter is right. Should have just suggested that. I was trying to link searches that I did: Cello in the Topic -- and Cellophane. LOTS of discussions in the past.

Leave mine on. I want to preserve the individual taste of the cigars.

I tried to smoke an RYJ en Cedros with the cedar sleeve still on. Yes, it was pitch black on Allan's deck. Yes, he had been feeding me vodka for 10 hours. But, yeah, I still tried.
