Got it. I didn't notice the "it's official" part, that kinda blended in with the mobile device notice.

Nothing is "official" yet. There are two different versions(House & Senate) The differences must be resolved in conference and then another vote must pass both bodies. After that it goes to Obama for signature. The current versions will have very little impact on the price of a box of cigars($5-10) With the election of Obama, some version of Schip was inevitable.
