Wax cylinder christmas recordings - very cool!

These are very old christmas recordings, from wax cylinders. They can be downloaded as mp3s.

I think they're fascinating just because they are so different than anything produced today... Down to details like how the words are pronounced.

Cool! I try and think back to what was going on in those bygone days- when recordings were new. Wonderful that some survived all these years!
