Stroopwafels = Heaven!!!

Ferdie (Don Fernando) bombed me last week with some awesome sticks and some of these delicious goodies. For those that have never had them, they are a cookie/waffle with a crisp paper thin held together with rich, gooey cinnamon caramel syrup. These were an explosion of flavor in my mouth...AWESOME!! Anyone know where these can be picked up in the states? Recipes?? I ate the whole package in one sitting.

Trader Joes had some little ones...they were crap compared to what Ferdie sent me.

I will send you some more soon, the factory is pretty close to my house and used to be a big client of my dad's.
Will try and get you some different kinds so you can see which ones you like best
