Feeling up at Home

I made an oopsie.
I left my gars in my wife's car for 35+ hours.
We went to UT, for a few days so I loaded up the 15 ct. traveldor. I smoked one cigar while out there. I guess we were just 'too busy' to sit down and smoke. fast forward to yesterday. We unloaded the car, and I thought we grabbed everything out of her car. I guess not. I left my gars in my wife's car for 35+ hours. I think we got to 115 degrees outside. That makes the car about 180 degrees. Should I just toss them? Do you think any of them exploded? Smoke 'em? Punch myself in the groin? DOH!!!

Re: I made an oopsie.
Just let them rest in the traveldor for a few weeks inside in the A/C and they should be fine. Throw out ones that have exploded or whatever but I am sure they will be fine. Cigars are very resilient. If they taste bad then toss them but otherwise enjoy them. You can open the humi and check on them if you want as I am sure it would be good for them to get the hot air out anyways.

Re: I made an oopsie.
+1 I forgot about that. Though packages from US vendors can take a while too, some brothers dabbling in the dark arts didn't receive their packages for 3 months and they were able to nurse them back to health I believe.

Re: I made an oopsie.
This is exactly right, everything takes about 7-14 days to get to me and that includes a lot of sitting on the tarmac and out in the heat on trucks. I have been able to enjoys everything sent.

Re: I made an oopsie.
Thanks guys, I'll quit worrying. I placed them in their own area of my humi. Isolating them.
I did get to smoke a Cao Italia while in UT. I was planning on smoking the Brazil next, but just never got to it.

I'm not sure what is worse...leaving them in the car for that long, or referring to them as "gars".

They're probably not any good. Just pack them in a box and bomb Larry (Ogre)!
