All I had was a McGriddle and an OJ.

I've been on and off the toilet the last hour.

So much for a quick bite before work. This always happens when I eat there. Today I give up on McDonalds.

McDonalds is dead to me.

My stomach stopped being able to tolerate this stuff many years ago.

I can only eat McDonald's every now and then. I used to love them, but they have sucked lately. In the Spring/Summer I frequently stop there just to get one of their Sweet Teas

I used to be a fan of the Egg McMuffin... but low-carbin' it these days. If I get anything from a fast food place for breakfast, I head to Hardees and get their low-carb bowl... an amazing amalgum of folded egg omelet with cheese, bacon, sausage... and I think there is ham in there too!

Don't ask me to explain it... I've lost 45 pounds since Nov. 12. My cholestrol is perfect and BP is the envy of my doctor's office.
