last day of deload over. managed to gain 4lbs. and ive been trying to
cut down on my food volume. ive officially blown my weight class lol. 246.8 today

Still having breathing issues in the gym, though I think my lungs have cleared a good amount of the crud out....Hoping to be 100% by sometime next week.

sucks to hear Tom. Hope it clears up finally. Sounds a lot like what I had, I wasn't necessarily sick but just constantly coughing crap up and taking a deep breath was impossible without coughing. Didn't mess with my training much, just more of a massive pain in the ass.

Sounds exactly like what I have Frank...taking the weekend off from lifting to see if it helps.

How is your first non-deloading day?

No training today or tomorrow, during my deload week I only train Mon Weds Fri then try and rest during the other 4 days. I tend to not take as much time off as some recommend, so when I do I really try to make it worth while. Stretching and lots of foam rolling combined with some calorie overload during my deload week are the order of business.

On a side note, friend just gave me a call he went to a meet in Delaware which I could not attend due to family issues, long story. Anyways, he broke the IPA junior record for geared bench. 645 pounds @ 220 pounds bodyweight. Unreal. Crazy thing is last week he was having trouble touching is his shirt and almost missed the meet.

I'm back to the gym tomorrow, feeling close to 100% tonight. Played my first summer league game tonight, and have 4 games in 5 nights. I am gonna be a tired puppy come next weekend.
