Just starting tonight's dinner.
Roasted duck with a red wine/tart cherry reduction Braised kale with toasted pine nuts Sun choke chips (cooked in duck fat of course) and rosemary salt

2" thick, cast iron pan seared NY Strip, finished off in the oven at 500 (perfect medium rare), yellow summer squash and some roasted mushrooms.

Had a rack of ribs from a restaurant for the first time in awhile. Usually am disappointed as I always feel like I can smoke a great rack of ribs at home, so it's hard to justify paying $20-30 for ribs that I may not enjoy as much as mine.
So I got them tonight and they were good except there was about a gallon of BBQ sauce on them. GREAT seasoned fries with them though....

Looks excellent. Tonight we had a roasted ham with maple glaze, stuffing and kale chips. Some Sauvignon blanc to wash it down

Baked Spaghetti tonight, spag with some sausage / sauce put in a dish, mixed with mozzarella, topped with parm and baked until hot and gooey good. Easy can't miss dish.

Momofuku style roasted pork hock/trotter with bo-ssam sauce, scallion-ginger sauce, lettuce wraps and kimchi.

Roasted pork hock, skin crisped up, wrapped in lettuce leaves with shredded carrot, julienned cucumber and mushrooms, topped with Korean Bo Ssam sauce.
