Any more proof required to demonstrate that Avery is a dipstick?

Thanks for the kind words about tonight's game, Al!

The Sharks look awesome this season, size AND speed are a lethal combination.

Hawks got back on the winning track tonight, and Johnny Toews got in a fight.

The Hawks need to rethink their desire to trade Khabibulin, he is definitely their best goalie at this point.

I like the Hawks this year, a lot of nice young talent to build on.

I thought they were quick to fire Savard but the team really looks good under Quenneville.

To be fair to Savard, they should have let him go before the season...I know the Hawks didn't hire Quenneville to be a "scout".

Toews (20), Kane (20), Sharp (26), Keith (25), Seabrook (23), Barker 22), Bolland (22), Versteeg (22), Ladd (22), Brouwer (23), Byfuglien (23), Havlat )27), and even Campbell at 29....the Hawks have built quite a foundation the last couple years.

But I still don't wanna face the Sharks in the playoffs right now!

Character win for the Hawks, down 3-0, they win it 5-4 on OT.

Big goals two nights in a row for Ben Eager, 2 goals for Sharp, and Bolland is playing some great hockey. Might actually get to see a playoff series in Chicago this season.

How about some props for the Original Six?

Boston, New York Rangers and Montreal 1-2-5 in the East, and Toronto, who was expected to be a doormat, only 1 game below .500.

Detroit and Chicago 2-4 in the West.

I think it is great for the NHL, and for fans of the O-6.

A great deal of fun in ruining Patrick Roy's (and that a*hole crowd's) big night. Nice win for the Blackhawks also.

Yeah, it was a big tribute night in Toronto as well, for Wendel Clark....Hawks were the spoilers just like the B's.

That was a hard game to watch at first. They didn't play well in the first period but they played hard and didn't give up. Go hawks.

This year's team has a lot of character....I think they could make a run at home ice advantage for the first round by being 4th in the Conference....but I still see Detroit taking the Division.
