It was Huy. Had a crapload of pizza Thursday last week, then blueberry pie ala mode and white fudge covered Oreos yesterday. Now to work my abs for 9 weeks 'til SoCal.

Happy Bday Tom! All this pie and pizza talk, gonna make me crazy. Perhaps some ON double chocolate.

Gym was slammed at lunch today, ended up just doing some work on the concept2

7km stationary rower

Based on my logs, I've cut my 500m splits by 10 seconds. Decent progress for sure, really feeling it in my delts and lats tonight.

I'm more of a custard or pumpkin pie kind of guy. Glad you got to enjoy some good food!

Legs were powered by last nights pizza feast.

Roughly >60g of carbs today prior to leg training.

Front squats 6-7x5 I forgot how many sets
Pause front squats 3x5
Hack squats 6x8-10
Stiff leg deads 5x8
Lying curls 4x15

Shoulders (mainly side delts) and bi-Z tonight

DB press 4-5x5
Alternating DB press 3x8-12
Seated side delt raise 3x12-15
Cable side delt raise 4x10
Bb front raise 7x10 w/30 second rest
Seated side delt machine 2x15
Kettle ball side -- front 3x10

Hammer curls 4x10
Hammer curls 7x10 w/30 second rest
Reverse grip curl using ez-bar 2x8-10

Washed it down with some ice cream for dessert
