Awesome Dave

I was looking through some past Shack pics and comparing them to you now. You look so much better now. Don't ever let yourself get back there! But don't go all anorexic on us though either Lower than 180 and you are going on a eating binge.

Been a struggle the past few weeks. Bounced back up to 193-4 after the big move to 185.1 posted last. Gaming the system to get to a number (not eating all day and then working out for a second time and weighing again) just makes it harder to keep moving from there as I was really a couple weeks away from that as a stable weight.

Been working out hard after the holiday weekend 2x a day every day this week on the bike, 300 push-ups and 300 crunches each day. Have stayed in the 180's all week and hit 184 for the first time this morning.

Thinking about joining a gym/getting advice from a personal trainer. Looking and feeling pretty fit but there are still a few problem spots that I think professional advice could assist with. (Man boobs and ass)

Great job. Now if I only had motivation. I'd like to be about 150-160 with more muscle than fat. I'd also love to improve my cardio. I guess it's time to hit the gym and get a brace for my wrist so I can lift.

Went on a boys trip to Ogelbay to play golf and stimulate the economy $1 at a time this past weekend. Drank, drank and then drank some more.

Great time but ugly on the Sunday reality check on my scale. Back below 189 today and looking for a final little 2 week push before calling for stability - whatever that is. Targeting 181 for Friday morning this week. By next friday want to stabilize and see if I can stay at 180-185 as "the new normal". Might not be realistic but not going to fret about a few.

Looking for a new obsession, been working with an architect to design an addition for the shack.
