Interesting game in the Joe.
I listened to the Edmonton feed on the radio. They said at the start of that 5-3 Detroit threw a water bottle on the ice to stall and buy time. Did that actually happen? Kind of a non issue as they didnt score, but you just dont see teams do that.

Jaws noise got quieter

An assistant coach on my kids team is from Pittsburgh, and works for a pretty big Steel company in Ohio. I figured he had connections so a few months ago I asked if he could hook me up with tickets to the March 12th Penguins game, it's me and the wife's anniversary.

He said "how much do you wanna pay?" and I told him it didn't matter, it was a special day for us, cost wouldn't get in the way of good tickets.

I just went down to Cincinnati today to pick them up from him and he hands me 2 executive suite tickets along with parking privileges and says "Happy Anniversary!"

Some people just do the nicest things, but of course we all know that. It's too bad he doesn't smoke cigars or I would hook him up!

I just wanted to share this amazing thing my buddy did for me!

We got a deal on the hotel, free tickets and parking...more money for the casino tomorrow after the Penguins beat the Habs!

B's drop 4th straight, I didn't like the make up of this team from the get-go. Playoffs.... they will be one and done.
Time for my fire Julien and Chiarelli rant to start up again

Not going well at all for the B's.
The puck is not bouncing for them at all the last two games.
The other two they just sucked.
If they can get it together string a couple of ins in a row. Get some of that mean style they had on that road trip. They will do alright.

Stop going to Chara at the point for a one time shot on the power play move closer get the puck down low Let Kabrle run the point.

What an incredible hockey game tonight in Philly. Thrashers come back from a 3 point deficit to score 4 in the third and win it in OT 5-4. Unbelievable. Kinda puts a damper on Leino's hat trick.

Just now checking the other scores and Carolina and Buffalo lost. If the Sharks can take the Rangers it will be a sweep for the Thrashers today. Now the Thrashers just need to win about 10 more games.

I think the boys in teal just may be able to do that.
They better or the Wings will grow that lead and we dont want that.

Interesting numbers on a team Revenue in Winnipeg.

I think that the numbers are inflated in the broadcast and in arena sales but still interesting. From the numbers I have run seems like somewhere likely in the mid 80s to low 90s.

Another positive is they made Milbury look like even more of a tool

I saw some non calls on tripping and interfence in the second so I guess it goes both ways.

Now it gets good. Lets go Sharks.

OOO look a non call on holding the stick there.

Pretty good game by both teams up until the shootout. Ugggh atleast the Rangers had players trying deaks the Sharks just sent player after player shooting right at his pads.

GG AL I am sure your happy.

Damn Wings lead increases. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo

Hats off to former Red Wing Ville Leino for getting a hat trick. Although the Flyers blew it and ended up losing 5-4 in OT. Red Wings get another much needed win

Got the VIP treatment at the Panther's game last night, got to see behind the scenes, go out to the ice, saw a few guys doing warmups outside the locker room, were gifted 2 game pucks, and got our seats upgraded..

This is where we were when Garrison put it in the net in OT to win, had a great view of the whole play

after the game we got the pucks signed by Vokoun, Weiss, Kulikov, and Booth, really great guys, had almost the whole team sign my wifes jersey
