Try tossing it in a Heavy Perique blend. I've done this a few times with some good results. Granted I'm not a huge burley fan. McClellands #2015 is decent for this.

I want to find more burley blends, because I feel like I would enjoy them (I know Univ. Flake is a VaBur with a slight berry topping, and I really like that, as well as Butternut Burley).

Give Erinmore Flake a shot. It's a Va/Burley with some kind of topping. Has a floral note but is rather enjoyable. Also theres Orlik Golden Sliced. Its more of a sweeter VA with burley but it's not bad either. The only other Bur/VA blend that I have had an enjoyed was Kingfisher, but it's been rather hard to find online recently. I've got a tin of Exhausted Rooster and Burley Flake #3 still sealed in the tin I've been thinking about opening...Cumberland from G.L.Pease gets a ton of rave reviews too.

I have Erinmore, 1Q, and Orlik on hand and open if you wanna set up a trade. Unni flake is on my want to try list. Shoot me a PM if ya wanna set up a trade.

Barbary Coast in a cob. This stuff is great, I just feel lightheaded every time I smoke it.

Peterson Uni Flake now some McC's Xmas Cher '09. Second bowl of the Peterson Uni Flake, not quite sure what to make of this blend yet. I think my issue is I went into it with extremely high expectations. Xmas cheer is damn good as usual.

Sorry to hear UF isn't as good as you thought. It took me a few bowls for us to get to know each other, but I really enjoy it. Hopefully it opens up for ya!

Going to crack into some 1792 tonight, after some Erinmore Flake mmmmmmmmm. I tried 1792 a few nights ago, but I think I over stuffed my pipe. Maybe 15 of enjoyment then relight issues etc.
