Good grief that's terrible. I guess that's what happens when both your starting wide receivers are injured and their replacements do jack squat. That's ok, I'm gonna get that dust off my shoulder.

I bet NE/Buffalo will be a defensive battle for the ages.
I'm just glad I'm not getting Brady/Welker destroyed this week.

Liking my team so far...how does everyone feel about the season so far? Let's get some troop bets going...who wants in for next week. Me vs. U, fivers for the troops.

I did. I hurried up and grabbed Nate Washington and crossed my fingers that he pans out. I have Miles Austin, Aaron Hernandez and Mike Vick, too.
My team is going to be pretty gutted for awhile, I hope I can patch something together for next week.

Sorry to hear about your team, Scott! Our league puts all the players on waivers until Wednesday morning, so we'll see how my replacement selections pan out. Fortunately I also have Wes Welker, who scored like two WRs combined this last week and minimized the damage from Britt's loss.

Welker would make the sting hurt a little less.
We don't have waivers or waiver priority, so a guy can shop players at any given moment. It seems to keep guys on top of stuff or else they're doomed.
