Joe was a dog..that's a fact I have been a bruins fan since 1956, and have been to hundreds of games.

Thornton was given away, he did not want to play here and you could tell with his lack of effort.

As for Sinden I could not stand him.

When Sinden dumped him he said Joe wasn't doing enough for the team, wasn't "into the games", he averaged over a point a game and I believe that was the year he took the scoring trophy.

Yup he didn't do enough, he wasn't "into" the games, he didn't leave it all on the ice as Harry (Sinden) said... what a joke.
