The Lorax (1972) by Dr. Seuss. You never see the Once Ler's face, however his "fat cat" cigar and billows of smoke are always present.

Reefer Madness (1936) Cast, a bunch of weirdos and a guy that looks like Cosmo Kramer. Please don't watch this movie, its just plain awful IMHO.

My Dog Skip - In the scene where Kevin Bacon tells Diane Lane that dogs are a heartache he lights up his cigar on the front porch. Then Diane tells him that their son needs the love of the dog and plucks the cigar out of his mouth and begins to puff on it winning the argument and stealing the cigar.

I love that scene!

I haven't seen it, but anything with Diane Lane in it works for me.
