- pan-fried fresh-from-the-garden zuchini w/shallotts & garlic (both fftg as well) - baked eggplant w/sauce (made from fftg tomatoes)

Taco soup again last night.
The recipe I have makes between 8-10 servings. I don't mind eating leftovers when it's taco soup.
