thanks guys.. i am very proud.. i pretty much damn near cried when i saw that i hit 100..
its amazing that i can go clothes shopping and shop for whatever i want; a concept i haven't fathomed in 10 years. lol |

BTW, for reference, i try for 75-90 grams of protein and 60 ounces of liquid a day.. and to you as well sir BTW Tom.. have any workout tips for a guy who cant intake any carbs, not many calories or saturated fat? lol.... your all jacked up.!. i want to be like you! |

but i should change my screen name.. i was always tagged with the whole "BigRon" name, but im not even sure if i ever even liked it.. i guess it just stuck.. And i never really wanted it, but i never had a good case to argue. LOL |
