Re: Too Quiet Around Here... (open thread)
i think i'm finally coming down with the crud my wife and neighbors have dad. my head and ears are killing me, starting to sniffle... damn office has been hovering around 60*F since we can't turn off the A/C and it's been pretty cold in KC the past week.
really not in the mood to get sick (or have the swine flu). my wife gets exposed to that crap every shift in the ER...

I've got the crud right now too, it's no good. I don't forsee any smoking for another week or so.
In related news, I'm thinking about picking up a Meerschaum pipe as a cost saving answer to my search for an attractive fullbent http://altinokpipe.com/detail.asp?product_id=IM124 |

Re: Too Quiet Around Here... (open thread)
Don't know about simple... I've been blending C&D's 904 (Chocolate Cavendish) with Turkish, cigar leaf, perique and cypren latakia condement tobacco's for some time.
The blend I'm smoking right now has been resting for 2 months in a 1/2 pint canning jar. 33 grams C&D 904 21 grams latakia 2 grams perique Taste something like an English mixture, and has a chocolate room note, my wife loves the smell. Though she doesn't mind mixtures heavy with latakia, thinks it smells like a camp fire and reminds her of camping. |
