Last night's dinner was a roast beef sub with 2 1/2 pounds of meat with pettuce and mustard.

Just meat and wine for me tonight! Appetizer was 3 grilled garlic/rosemary/balsamic vinegar marinated lamb chops with a thin red wine/Cayenne pepper/orange dipping sauce. Simply awesome this was! I could have made a meal out of just this! Followed up by a grilled rib eye with a tarragon/basil/butter sauce. To wash it all down is a mixed wine of Shiraz/merlot.
