Good chance the Preds come out of the West, their defense (and offense FROM their defense) is just outrageous.

I still will root against them in almost any series, with the exception of the Blues if they squeak in to the Western playoffs. And I'll still bet you a higher ed NC or Habano 5'er that they don't win the Cup. Right now, Danny Boy.

I'm hoping for a matchup of Preds vs Winnipeg - just have to get past those pesky Minnesotans

I’d be soooooo happy, as I’m not convinced they can win out. But it’s already playoff hockey for the Avs at this point! Win(or get help) or pull out the sticks.

Not that I want the Avs to back in....but it would be an even more amazing season, if they could get in. Already a huge success from last year and the dumping of MD(which speaks volumes of chemistry).

Congrats to the Preds. And the President's Trophy is usually a death blow to Cup hopes.

Rooting for the Avs to come back against the Sharts, EJ, and then hopefully the Hawks can sock the Blews again.

No worries, the wins against the Blues were my playoffs this year, Neil. Jets jersey is all hung and ready to go. I think they'll crush the Wild in round 1, especially with Minnesota's top 2 D-men out of the lineup.
