I am not a fan of the BMI index. There are a lot of factors that it does not take into consideration. In the words of my Doctor " its an outdated dinosaur chart "

When I was 27 and before I had my injury, I was 270 pounds with a 31 inch waist. The BMI index said I was 79 pounds overweight for my height. Take it with a grain of salt.

Im working at it. Got back to lifting about a month ago and feeling good

Ended up not going to the gym in the morning since I was just beat when I woke up. Went after work instead. Had a great back and leg day!

Gotta listen to your body bro!

Chest/Tri/Bi's tonight. Great workout too...I can really see some gains in strength! I was actually smiling when I was working out because I had to add more weights from the first set because it was not enough.
