It's a talent that has taken years to acquire. Honestly, train for a marathon and 2 hours will be just a stepping stone.

Sorry for your bad day, Dave. Biscuits and gravy *do* sound really good, though. I think I'll have to reward myself with some tomorrow.

Back day today.

V-bar Pulldowns
150 x 10
185 x 10
210 x 6/5 x 4

V-bar seated low rows
210 x 9

Bent-over barbell rows
135 x 10
185 x 8 x 3

Deads
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 2 x 4 (wasn't feeling the grip today and my legs were still hurting from Friday)

Wide-grip deads
135 x 10
185 x 10 x 2

Tried to finish things off with some good mornings. Loaded the bar up with 135, tried to do one, and just couldn't Guess that meant I'd gone far enough. It had been almost an hour anyway. Just trying to get back into a rhythm and schedule after my erratic last two months. Last week was a 3-day split. This week will be back to a 4-day split.

Happy lifting to all!

Tore up back today....12 sets of bent over rows (I know, Perry, my favorite) up to 305. Finished up with 6 sets of pulls ups x 10 and some stacked close grip pull downs. The lats are jacked!
