Saute'd onions, Italian Sausage, Garlic and corn
Spiced with Cajun Seasoning ... Covered with tomato sauce and croutons and sliced tomatoes ... Baked .... Good stuff.

I used the Weber last night as I was still doing a little brick work on the oven exterior.
Here are a couple of shots from last night. Sorry about the fuzzy photo.
I left the tip of the meat over the coals longer for those who like their meats destroyed.
I pulled the tri-tip out at 135 instead of the intended 130. I got side tracked although I was carrying the remote temp receiver on me. I didn't set the beeper.

T-Bone steak of the grill with onions, mushrooms and garlic (sauteed in bacon fat), green beans and brown rice. Very tasty.

Dinner #2 - Jalapeno tuba on 7 grain toast with cheddar and bacon, side of fruit

Dinner #3 - Half a skirt steak, banana, blueberries

Dinner #4 wil just be a protein shake before bed

Went into a Italian Beef joint, and the cooks (Hispanic) had made a huge load of steak tacos for themselves. They invited me to eat with them, and wouldn't let me stop unitl I was about to bust...good stuff.
