Re: Losing Weight with Andysutherland
I am somewhere between recovered and not with this cold and my stamina is damn low. Still getting in my workouts but no energy for effort or time.
I guess some is better than none. Food is going good, and the nice weather has my spirits way up. Nice to see the sun again after 2 weeks of ice fog. I am still on track to well exceed my initial weight loss goal. |

Re: Losing Weight with Andysutherland
250.8 lbs today. trying to get under 110kg until the end of the month + under 90kg in mid august. ~5kg/month should be achievable.
I dont have to work from mid july to mid august and plan on working out a lot. |

Re: Losing Weight with Andysutherland
Down to 245 yesterday. Hope that can be maintained or lowered for a bit.
Slow and steady wins the race for me, I guess.

Re: Losing Weight with Andysutherland
I've been consistent at 245 for the last few days. Hoping I'll drop to 242-243 by the end of the week.

You can do it brother, Down at about 205, 5-10 pounds to go but this weekend is a Cabin weekend with the guys. Cigars, steaks, beers, quads, etc. so I am not too hopeful in losing any more before next week.

Re: Losing Weight with Andysutherland
I still keep bouncing between 195 and 200. I can't do much of anything to focus with all the med changes, that stuff really freaks me out. Either I eat like a hog or don't eat at all for days.
At least I eat right on the weekends. Oh yeah, the Girl Scout cookies came. That doesn't help. Only five more boxes of Dosidos to get through and that problem will be solved. I'm gonna have to send some Girl Scout cookie bombs, I'm afraid.

Re: Losing Weight with Andysutherland
Had my weigh in today and I am down 11 lbs in 2 weeks. Had a small amount of muscle atrophy but that is to be expected based on the weight loss.
I figure I am about 8 weeks away from my goal weight then I can start putting the muscle on. Be weird to go from 1800 or so calories a day to 3,800. Then no more cardio just hard lifting. Should all be done August, at which the plan is to be between 12-14% bodyfat and 230lbs |
